Important Registration Information
Registration closes when Super Summer reaches capacity. After capacity is reached, groups can register and be placed on a waiting list.
At registration you will need the following information:
- Credit Card to pay deposits ($50 per person, nonrefundable/nontransferable)
- Church Name and Billing address
- Church Group Contact information
- The names of all registrations (students, adults, team leaders, servant staff)
- T-shirt sizes for everyone
- Accurate Information on your students (please do not guess): current grade in school
- # of years attending Super Summer (including this coming summer) The current grade and the # of years of Super Summer determines school assignment
LEADERS TO STUDENTS RATIO
Every student that attends must attend with a church group that meets the adult to student required ratio. Due to liability issues, we will no longer grant exceptions for students without the required adult supervision.
Each church must send one qualified adult chaperone of the same gender (21 years or older) for each 10 youth attending. Team Leaders and/or Servant Staff, from your church, may be an adult chaperone, if they are 21 or older. Students cannot be paired up with another church unless they have actually registered with that church. NO EXCEPTIONS. If the proper ratio is not met, students from that church will not be able to attend Super Summer. The adults, not serving as a TL or SS, will participate in the Plaid School, which provides bible study, youth ministry leadership training, fellowship, and encouragement.
*All churches will provide a signed statement (Adult Chaperone Verification Form) guaranteeing that all adults attending, have satisfied all necessary church background checks/requirements to allow them to supervise minors.
CHILDREN AT SUPER SUMMER
Mississippi College policies do not allow any children in the dorms under the age of those the camp is designed for. Adults should not have babies and children spending the night at Mississippi College.
2024 SUPER SUMMER COSTS
Students and Adults (plaid school) - $285
Team Leaders: $75
Servant Staff: $75
*Non-Mississippi Baptist Convention churches will be charged a one-time fee of $150 at registration
CANCELLATIONS/REGISTRATION UPDATES
- All deposits are non-refundable/non-transferrable. This is why you should know who is eligible before registering.
- After June 1st, we will NOT accept any additional registrations for any reason. Even if you drop students, you will not be able to add anyone to replace them. Please do not ask for special treatment on this.
- *NO REFUNDS for cancellations will be given for any reason.
- $100 LATE FEE will be added to the group if final payment is not received by the due date (June 27, 2024).
SERVANT STAFF
Servant Staff (formerly referred to as Executive Staff) plans and implements the individual school program during Super Summer. Servant Staff is recruited directly by the Super Summer Planning Team. If you have not been recruited by the Super Summer director or planning team, please contact Ken Hall before filling out these forms.
All Servant Staff must have a registration form and background check form on file along with the $75 fee. If your church is paying your fee with its other registrations, please make note of that on your form. Servant Staff is expected to attend Super Summer Prep Weekend, July 6-7, 2024, prior to camp. Starting time will be announced. Please make arrangements now to cover your duties at church, so that you can be here.
SERVANT STAFF REGISTRATION FEE: $75 (non-refundable/non-transferable)
